Registration for SCLC-2024 – information sheet
All participants coming to Krakow for the 19th Slavic Cognitive Linguistics conference (https://sclc2024.confer.uj.edu.pl/, https://www.facebook.com/sclc2024) need to register and pay the registration fee. Immediately after payment, please fill in the registration form available here: https://forms.gle/DLFgjyrz93YwpUS29. See below for all the necessary information.
The registration fees are as follows:
Early bird regular (by 31 July 2024) PLN 750
Late regular (after 31 July 2024) PLN 800 (final payment deadline: 30 September 2024)
Student (including PhD students, by 31 July 2024) PLN 350
The registration fee includes coffee breaks, welcome reception at the Galaxy Hotel (Day 1) and conference materials.
Payment
The registration fee is payable to Uniwersytet Jagielloński, which only accepts bank transfers.

Please make sure you include the reference!
Invoicing
The University only accepts bank transfers and needs to issue invoices for payments. Therefore, make sure that your payment mentions the reference SCLC-2024 and the participant’s full name (e.g. SCLC-2024 John Smith). Immediately after making the payment, please fill in the registration form available here: https://forms.gle/DLFgjyrz93YwpUS29, which we need to be able to connect your payment to your name. You will receive the original invoices at the conference and scans by email. If the payment cannot be connected to a participant, the invoice will be issued to the transfer sender.
Once the registration fee has been submitted refunds are not possible.
Bank transfer costs
All transfer costs must be covered by the submitting account i.e. yourself, the University or any organization that supports you. Please, make sure the payment is free of charge for the receiving account.
